Harmony Clothing Closet is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

We rely on monetary donations and grants for our operating expenses and building maintenance. Thank you to our compassionate donors for their generosity!

To donate money to Harmony, complete the Donation Form and mail or drop off at the store.

Donation Partners
​
Benevity--If you work for a company that partners with Benevity, you can designate charitable dollars for Harmony, sometimes with matching funds.
​
Thrivent Choice--If you use Thrivent Financial Services or worship at a church that partners with Thrivent, you can designate chartiable dollars for Harmony. Thrivent, too, may offer matching dollars.

Donate Items for our Store
​
Our clothing and household goods inventory comes entirely from community donations of clean, gently used items. Donations are gratefully received IN PERSON during regular store hours in the garage on the backside of the store (in the alley). Please do NOT leave donations unattended in the alleyway.

Even though we DO NOT accept furniture, food, or books--click here for local organizations who will accept what we cannot.

Because we have limited storage space, we appreciate clothing items appropriate for the current season of the year.

DONATE VIA OUR RECYCLING PARTNERS
Harmony takes pride in environmental conservation. All of the items we provide to our shoppers are diverted from landfills. In addition, we partner with the following groups to recycle items that no longer may be acceptable for our store inventory.
GOTSNEAKERS

Harmony accepts donations of athletic shoes in any condition. Those unsuitable for distribution to shoppers are shipped to GotSneakers, who recycle the rubber soles into mulch. Harmony receives a small donation for every pair.
HAPPY HARMONY MITTENS

Got a winter sweater or warm scarf with some minor damage? Or random buttons or unused spools of thread? Drop them off at our store, and our friends at Happy Harmony Mittens will turn them into warm mittens (shown here). These talented local ladies donate the proceeds from their mitten sales to Harmony and other worthy causes.
